This is because the part of the brain responsible for focus and self-control is still developing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At this stage, children learn best through movement, exploration, and play\u2014not by sitting still for long periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In fact, children who are energetic, physically healthy, and emotionally secure often appear \u201ctireless\u201d or highly active.
